Going on holiday of course requires a bit of pre-holiday shopping! Aside from the usual obligatory mini toiletries that you'll see a glimpse of in my upcoming what's in my toiletry bag post, I picked up this bundle of things.
I needed a cosy hoodie for the plane, so I got this grey Topshop one. It's so, so soft on the inside and sized up to make sure it covered my bum so I can wear it with leggings and not be bearing all! The ballet pumps are something I repurchase over and over, they last about a year before they get too battered and frankly too embarrassing to wear outside. I love them though seeing as they're so neutral they go with basically anything. I also picked up a silver chain necklace from Forever 21, I've wanted one for ages (HRH Collection style!) and whilst this isn't perfect, it was something like £7 so will definitely do!
I obviously couldn't go away and risk running out of my beloved Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish so had to pick up another tube. I also got the Liz Earle Sheer Skin Tint in Bare and will eventually pop up a review once I've worn it a bit longer. I think it'll be great for a bit of lighter coverage on holiday. I ran out of my make up remover so just had to get the much raved about Bioderma and from using it a few times I totally get the hype, it feels just like water! I got the little 100ml bottle for taking away and as a cheaper way to try it out. When I was in Topshop getting the hoodie and flats, I was actually exchanging an item and has £8 left over which is luckily the price of a lipstick - that's fate telling me I had to get one, so it'd be rude not to. I got Innocent which is a beautiful everyday pink and I'll try and pop swatches and a review up soon.
That's it for my pre-holiday shopping, I'm sure I'll have a massive haul - or at least lots of them - when I'm on holiday. I'm going to Florida so if anyone has any recs on make up I can get out there that isn't in the UK or is more expensive over here I would love to hear them! On my list currently is lots of Tarte, NYX and much cheaper Essie!
